About Me
With over 15 years of experience working with Talent & Leadership across a wide variety of organisations, from start-up right through to blue chip, private & public sector.
I've always been fascinated by human behaviour, specifically, what drives the success of individuals & the organisations they belong to. That passion led me into coaching.

What is Mentoring?Mentoring is when someone shares their knowledge, skills and experience in order to help another progress. In an organisational setting advice and guidance is provided to support with progression and development.

What is Coaching?Coaching is a targeted and personalised intervention to support an individual or organisation to achieve their goals. Coaching is future focussed. In traditional coaching, the coach uses a non-directive approach, meaning that they do not provide advice or suggestions.
